Welcome to Carpus. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Carpus mobile application (“App”), operated by DZE Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Carpus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access free or subscription-based features.
Eligibility
Carpus is intended for users aged 13 years and older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors.
App Purpose and Functionality
Carpus is designed as a self-care and educational application focused on hand and wrist health, including support for individuals experiencing symptoms associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).
The App may include:
Guided hand and wrist exercises
Customizable exercise routines
Training reminders and notifications
Progress tracking and activity dashboards
Educational information related to wrist health and prevention

Carpus:
Does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
Does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy
Should be used for informational and self-care purposes only
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or rehabilitation program, especially if you have a medical condition or ongoing symptoms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Carpus may offer subscription plans that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Billing
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or as indicated at the time of purchase).
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
User Responsibilities
By using Carpus, you agree to:
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and subscription information
Use exercises responsibly and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, exercises, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of DZE Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Carpus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties or representations regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
The outcomes or effectiveness of exercises or recommendations
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZE Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical discomfort or injury resulting from exercises
Loss of data
Subscription or payment-related issues
Reliance on educational content provided in the App
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict of law principles.
