Welcome to Glowy! By using the Glowy mobile application ("App"), operated by DZE Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of Glowy, including any in-app purchases or subscriptions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Glowy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Eligibility
Glowy is available to users of all ages, including children over 4 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App.
App Functionality
Glowy helps users manage and track their skincare routine, offering features such as personalized skincare plans, reminders, usage history tracking, and recommendations based on personal data.
Personalized Skincare Plans:
You can create routines based on your preferences. This feature is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional skincare or medical advice.
Smart Reminders:
You will receive notifications to remind you to apply your skincare products. These reminders are based on the schedule you set in the App.
Usage History & Analytics:
Glowy allows you to monitor product usage over time and receive suggestions. All recommendations are based on user data and are not intended as professional advice.
Subscriptions and Payments
Glowy offers subscription plans that provide additional features and benefits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:
Billing:
Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.), depending on the subscription plan selected. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of the purchase.
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your App Store account settings.
Free Trials:
Some subscription plans may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription at the regular rate.
Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Your access to subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
User Responsibilities
By using Glowy, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information when using the App;
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or activity;
Be responsible for keeping your App data, including account details and subscription information, secure.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality in Glowy, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and text, are the property of DZE Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Glowy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without errors or interruptions. Any recommendations or information provided by Glowy should not be considered professional medical or skincare advice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DZE Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including, but not limited to, the accuracy or effectiveness of skincare recommendations, or any issues related to in-app purchases or subscriptions.
