These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Odometer mobile application (“App”), operated by DZE Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Carpus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access free or subscription-based features.
Eligibility
Odometer is suitable for users of all ages and is rated 4+ on the App Store.
If you are under the age of 18, you should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors.
App Purpose and Functionality
Odometer is designed as a trip, mileage, and expense tracking application for personal and business use.
The App may include:
Trip and mileage tracking
Expense logging and categorization
Trip classification (e.g. business or personal)
Report generation (PDF / CSV)
Cloud sync and data backup (if enabled)
Analytics and summaries related to trips and expenses
The App is intended to assist with record-keeping and organization only.
No Professional Advice Disclaimer
Odometer:
Does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice
Does not guarantee compliance with tax or regulatory requirements
Should not be relied upon as a sole source for official financial or tax reporting
You are solely responsible for verifying your records and consulting qualified professionals when required.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Trip, mileage, location, and expense data may be estimated and may not always be accurate due to factors such as:
GPS limitations
Device settings
Network availability
User input errors
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of recorded data.
Subscriptions and Payments
Odometer may offer subscription plans that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Billing
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or as indicated at the time of purchase).
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
User Responsibilities
By using Odometer, you agree to:
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Enter accurate and truthful information
Not misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and subscription information
Use exercises responsibly and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, exercises, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of DZE Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Odometer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties or representations regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
The outcomes or effectiveness of exercises or recommendations
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZE Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Financial or tax-related losses
Loss of data
GPS or tracking inaccuracies
Subscription or payment-related issues
Reliance on reports generated by the App
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict of law principles.
